Our Lady Help of Christians. The feast day is celebrated on 24 May. Since 1844 Australians have invoked the patronage of the Blessed Virgin Mary under this title.
St Mary of the Cross MacKillop. Australia’s first saint. Her feast day is celebrated on 8 August. More information about St Mary of the Cross Mackillop can be found here.
